Who this covers

Child Development Formula accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians. Children do not create accounts, sign in, or submit information to us directly.

What we collect

• Parent account: name, email address and password (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider).
• Each child: a first name or nickname and a grade level, entered by the parent. We do not ask for a child's birth date, photo, school or address.
• Membership and billing status. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Class reservations made through Calendly, including the parent's name and email for the booking.
• Lesson progress (where you left off in a video) at the family-account level, so you can continue watching.

What we don't do

• No advertising, ad trackers or behavioral profiling.
• No selling or renting of personal information.
• No public student profiles.

Service providers

We use Supabase (accounts and data), Stripe (payments), Calendly (class scheduling), Zoom (live classes) and a cloud storage provider (lesson videos). Each processes data only to provide its service. [List each provider's privacy policy and data location here.]

Live classes and tutoring on Zoom

Live classes and 1-on-1 tutoring sessions are not recorded. The teacher admits students from a waiting room by name. A parent or guardian should stay nearby during 1-on-1 sessions. [Describe camera and chat settings, and how a parent can ask for their child's participation to be limited.]

Payments for tutoring

Tutoring sessions are paid when booked through Calendly, which processes the payment with Stripe. We store the payment reference and amount to manage refunds.

Your choices

Parents can view, edit or delete their children's profiles at any time from the dashboard, and can request deletion of the whole account by emailing support@example.com.
